Users may place bookings through the Medimate platform. Applicable service fees will be shown during the booking process. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to Medimate's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before making payment.
Medimate companions provide non-clinical support only. Companions are not permitted to provide medical advice, perform medical procedures, administer medication, lift patients, or assist with bed-to-wheelchair transfers.
Medimate may use third-party service providers for payment processing, communication, technology, or operational support. Medimate is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medimate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform or services.
